Marlon Chamberlain (Leading with Conviction™ 2019) serves as the Founding Executive Director of the Illinois Coalition to End Permanent Punishments, which runs the Fully Free campaign.

On January 16, the new hour-long documentary “Fully Free: Ending Permanent Punishment” was posted on YouTube. Here’s the video description:
